Registration Opens Annually on the following days for College Foundation and University Transfer Courses: (dates are subject to change)

• Third Thursday in March - Spring Term
• Fourth Thursday in June - Fall Term
• Third Thursday in October - Winter Term

Labour Day - VCC is closed

Last day to drop in person or online for September start courses and receive full refund.

First Day of Class:  November TR CF/UT courses;

Drop Deadline:  Last day to drop for November to December College Foundation courses.  No "W" grade will appear on transcript

Withdrawal Deadline:  Last day to withdraw from September to December College Foundation and University Transfer courses.  No failing grade will show on transcript

$50 late registration fee applies to November start College Foundation and University Transfer courses

Fall Student Awards Ceremonies

Time: morning ceremony 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. / afternoon ceremony 1:30 p.m. -  3 p.m.
Location: Broadway Building B event space

Fall Convocation

Time: 1 p.m.
Venue: Queen Elizabeth Theatre

Thursday, January 4, 2024 to Wednesday, April 10, 2024
